How to file a notice

Submit the form at the bottom of this page. Your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
2. The exact URL(s) on tophentai.com of the material to be removed.
3. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We aim to process valid notices within 48 hours. Repeat infringers’ content is removed permanently.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice through the same form including the removed URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction.

Report other problems

To report content that you believe depicts a real minor, non-consensual material, or is otherwise illegal, use the form below and start your message with “URGENT”. Such reports are prioritised and removed immediately pending review.
